No, we do not have any income requirements for our residents at The Reserve at Red Run.

We welcome anyone, ages 55+, to live at our senior residential community.

To hold your apartment, we request a completed application and a $500 refundable deposit. From there we discuss your ideal move-in date!

Yes, to extend our gratitude to veterans, we offer a rent discount of $150/month for the duration of the lease.

The Reserve at Red Run is considered Independent Living, which means it was created specifically for active seniors in mind. Our community features luxurious amenities, chef prepared meals and fellowship among residents – all of which you don’t typically find in a standard apartment complex.  We also collaborate with a care provider onsite to help with any supportive care services that you may need now or in the future.

Our rent includes a spacious apartment, three chef-prepared meals, engaging events, light housekeeping, utilities, cable, internet, and more. Residents moving into our community discover that affordability, peace of mind and a maintenance-free home lead to a vibrant and active lifestyle.

Yes, all apartments include utilities (electric, water & gas) along with basic cable television and internet services. Visit our Amenities & Programs page to see a complete list of what you’ll enjoy as a resident at The Reserve at Red Run.

We have partnered with a third-party home care provider located onsite to provide care services for our residents.  You’ll be able to coordinate with them directly to create a customized plan to support your care needs.  We also collaborate with area health care providers, such as physicians, podiatrist, skilled home care companies, to help coordinate your services.

Yes, we have spacious apartments specifically designed to accommodate two people. Our second person fee is $650, and includes the complete meal package. Guest meals are $15 per meal.

Yes, domestic cats and small dogs (under 35 lbs) are welcome. All animals must be housebroken, spayed/neutered, have all of their current vaccinations up to date, be well behaved, and on a leash at all times. If at any time a resident is no longer able to properly care for their pet, other arrangements must be made with the Executive Director for the pet’s care at the owner’s expense. A non-refundable pet deposit is required for each pet upon signing the Resident Agreement, and a pet fee will also be added to your monthly rent.

At this time, residents are not able to opt out of meals. We invite you to taste our menu items and enjoy the ease and convenience of our dining experience.

We work with many realtors in the area. We would be more than happy to refer you to any one of them, to help you address any concerns you may have with selling your home and moving to our community.

Our team created The Reserve at Red Run because we found that this type of boutique senior living was missing from the Madison Heights area. With more than 30 years of experience in the senior living industry, we set out to create something new and refreshing for the next generation of seniors.
